Fertility Preservation

Fertility preservation is an option for the following groups of patients:

(i) Patients who will need to undergo cancer treatment or treatment that will affect fertility:

1. Pre and Post pubertal children
2. Single women and men
3. Married women and men

(ii) Patients at risk of premature menopause

Your primary doctor/oncologist will discuss the impact of cancer and its treatment on future fertility.

You may be referred to KKIVF Centre for fertility preservation:

1. Cryopreservation of sperm, eggs and embryos
2. Ovarian Tissue Cryopreservation (OTC)
