Donor Sperm/Egg/Embryo Programme
The donor conception programme is a process whereby sperm, eggs or embryos donated by someone other than your spouse or by another couple is used in your fertility treatment.
The experiences of people who have had donor-conceived children show that this can be a very positive way to create a family. You may want to discuss your feelings or concerns with your doctor, friends, family or a professional counsellor before proceeding.
