Adolescent Gynaecology

The Adolescent Gynaecology Clinic manages gynaecological health of children and adolescents (girls aged 17 years and below).

The range of cases seen at the clinic are for issues such as:

  • Primary amenorrhoea (absence of menses) and delayed puberty
  • Secondary amenorrhoea (absence of menses)
  • Abnormal menstrual cycle (Irregular and heavy menses)
  • Vulvovaginitis/vaginal discharge in girls
  • Uterovaginal malformations
  • Gonadal abnormalities eg. Turner’s Syndrome
