EZ Fill Service

The EZ Fill Service allows KKH patients to pre-order and collect their medications easily.

Who is eligible for this service?

This service is eligible for all KKH patients with valid ORIGINAL KKH prescription(s).

Collection hours:

Weekdays (Mon-Fri) - 11.00am to 6.00pm;
Saturday and Eve of Major Public Holidays* - 10.30am to 1.00pm;
Sunday and Public Holidays – Closed
*Major Public Holidays: New Year's Day, Chinese New Year and Christmas Day

Collection location:

KKH Outpatient Pharmacy, Level 1
Weekdays (Mon-Fri): Counter 11
Weekends (Sat): Counter 9

How can I use this service?

Choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Request for self-collection through HealthBuddy or HealthHub app

  1. Log into HealthBuddy or HealthHub app with Singpass
  2. View your paperless e-prescription with the following steps:
    HealthBuddy: Click “Medicines” > “Order Medicines”
    HealthHub: Click into “Medication Refill”
  3. Select “Collect from our pharmacy” as collection mode

Option 2: Email Outpatient Pharmacy

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the following details:
    • Patient’s Name, NRIC
    • Collection Date
    • Items (Drug Name, Strength, Dosage form):
    • Order quantity:
    • Expiry date at home (if necessary):
  2. For patients with paper prescription, please also include a photo of your prescription (front and back). Bring along your paper prescription for collection.
  3. Collect your medication @ EZ Fill Counter 11 at KKH Outpatient Pharmacy, Level 1, after 2 working days**, along with your email confirmation and/or paper prescription (if you have used one to submit the EZ Fill request).
**Blood products (eg. Advate, Alphanate, Benefix) will require 3 working days
