Pre-anaesthesia Care and Counselling Clinic (PACC)

This is where you will meet a doctor from the anaesthesia department. You may have been referred because your child has a condition which requires early assessment, or as part of routine preparation for surgery. At the clinic, we aim to assess your child and make sure they are well for surgery. This may include further optimization measures e.g. referral to other specialties for medication titration. We will also discuss the anaesthestic experience with you and your child. If you have any concerns regarding the anaesthetic for your child, your queries can be addressed at this clinic.
