Video Consultation (VC) for Non-Emergency Conditions with KKH Children’s Emergency
You can consult our doctors via video consultation from the comfort of your own home.
Medication delivery, electronic medical certificate and specialist referrals can be provided.
KK TelePaeds is a pilot programme led by our Children’s Emergency team of specialists to remotely attend to your child’s medical needs from the comfort of your home or location of choice using the Zoom platform. Video Consultation enables accessibility to quality care with the added convenience of medication delivery to your home or preferred address.
Parents or caregivers are required to have a Singpass account to book an appointment. By using our Video Consultation service, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
KK TelePaeds operating hours are
Mondays – Fridays (except public holidays), between 10.00am to 6.00pm.
Appointment slots open 1 day in advance.
Eligibility
- Aged 3 to 17 years old.
- Parent or caregiver able to use Zoom application and has no hearing or visual impairments.
- Child must be physically present during the video consultation.
- Child’s current weight must be known.
- Conditions that are suitable
- Respiratory tract illnesses (eg. Cough, runny nose, sore throat) with fever for less than 5 days.
- Diarrhoea, mild abdominal cramps.
- Dry skin, eczema flare, skin infection.
- This service is only applicable to parents or caregivers with a Singpass account.
- Appointment slots open 1 day in advance and close 1 hour prior to appointment time.
- Upon successful booking of appointment, you will receive a SMS or Push Notification via the Health Buddy mobile application with your appointment details.
The Zoom meeting link will be sent to you separately via SMS 30 mins before your selected appointment time.
- Please log in via Zoom 5 minutes before your appointment time.
- Have your child’s birth certificate / identity document and home monitoring devices (if any) on hand.

- Video consultation fee excludes non-standard and additional standard medications.
- Prices are subject to change.
Convenient medication delivery to your home within 4 – 6 hours is provided (fee of $4.99 applies). Free self-collection from KKH Children’s Emergency pharmacy is also available.
If deemed unsuitable for video consult, patients may be advised to visit KKH Children’s Emergency for further assessment. Video consultation fee of $118 will be waived and Children’s Emergency fee of $162.80 will apply.
- For conditions that cannot be safely assessed, diagnosed or treated without physical consultation, you may be advised to seek face-to-face medical attention for further assessment at a polyclinic or our PaedsENGAGE General Practitioner partners (https://www.kkh.com.sg/paedsengage) for non-emergency conditions.
- This Video Consultation service is
NOT for urgent or emergency care. Should you require urgent care, please approach the nearest medical facility,
KKH Children’s Emergency, or

- For the video consultation, patients
must be located in Singapore and login from an indoor location using a stable WIFI or internet network.
- This video consultation service is not for management of your child’s chronic conditions. We encourage you to call
